Manage daily operations, productivity, and profitability for the Petaluma office while leading and mentoring legal staff. Handle family law consultations, legal advice, case preparation, document drafting, courtroom representation, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other leaders on recruitment, compliance, and cross-departmental support. Maintain strong client service, communication, and team performance.

Design and translate family-law workflows, decision trees, and escalation logic into AI-enabled systems. Build and maintain knowledge repositories, prompts, retrieval and orchestration systems; partner with attorneys, product, and engineering to implement, test, monitor, and govern AI-assisted legal workflows while defining QA and human-review standards.

Design and deliver sales training and coaching for attorneys to improve client conversion and ramp new offices. Create standardized onboarding, run role-plays and one-on-one coaching, use Salesforce data to identify needs, and align training with revenue goals to drive firm growth.
