Owns employee relations, investigations, performance and conduct matters, leave administration, and workplace accommodations for a multi-state workforce. Advises managers and employees, maintains confidential case documentation, researches employment requirements, supports policy implementation, identifies workforce trends, and leads People & Culture initiatives. The role also coordinates ADA, FMLA, and state leave processes while delivering manager education and ensuring timely follow-up.

Manage the Petaluma family law office’s daily operations, productivity, profitability, and legal staff. Mentor and develop attorneys and support collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition. Handle family law matters through client consultations, legal advice, case preparation, document drafting, courtroom representation, and settlement negotiations. Maintain strong client service while balancing leadership, legal expertise, and operational responsibilities.
