Design and translate family-law workflows, decision trees, and escalation logic into AI-enabled systems. Build and maintain knowledge repositories, prompts, retrieval and orchestration systems; partner with attorneys, product, and engineering to implement, test, monitor, and govern AI-assisted legal workflows while defining QA and human-review standards.

Manage recruiting operations including interview scheduling, offer administration, pre-employment coordination, ATS administration and reporting, talent market research, and support recruiting projects and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience.

Design and deliver sales training and coaching for attorneys to improve client conversion and ramp new offices. Create standardized onboarding, run role-plays and one-on-one coaching, use Salesforce data to identify needs, and align training with revenue goals to drive firm growth.

Manage marketing operations, processes, and data integrity to enable consistent execution across channels. Lead the website rebuild project, oversee tracking and lead attribution (GA4, UTM, HubSpot), maintain the marketing roadmap and Asana workflows, audit data/tracking, support budget operations, and build operational documentation and launch playbooks while liaising with Sales and technical teams for integrations.

Oversee daily operations and profitability of the Petaluma office; manage, mentor, and develop legal staff; coordinate recruitment and HR compliance; handle client consultations, case preparation, courtroom representation, document drafting, and settlement negotiations to deliver excellent client service.
