Provide frontline support for client portal and Salesforce-integrated systems: triage and resolve support tickets, troubleshoot permissions/integrations/workflows, maintain case documentation, generate support reports, identify recurring issues, escalate bugs, and improve support processes while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Create substantive, scalable learning content and program architectures for attorneys and paralegals. Produce module scripts, facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments, and scenario-based exercises. Apply adult learning and instructional design frameworks, collaborate with subject matter experts, maintain curricula across jurisdictions, and analyze learner data to revise programs. Provide production-ready content packages for designers and ensure content integrity during production.

Lead the Petaluma office: manage day-to-day operations, drive productivity and profitability, mentor legal staff, coordinate recruitment and cross-departmental support, conduct client consultations, prepare legal documents, represent clients in family law matters, negotiate settlements, and ensure high-quality client service.

Lead proactive client issue identification, root-cause analysis, and dispute resolution to improve client satisfaction and reduce escalations. Coordinate across attorneys, finance, and operations, implement standardized resolution procedures, build KPI reporting (Power BI), and recommend operational and communication improvements to increase retention and reduce billing disputes.
