Manage daily operations, productivity, and profitability for the Petaluma office while leading and mentoring legal staff. Handle family law consultations, legal advice, case preparation, document drafting, courtroom representation, and settlement negotiations. Design and translate family-law workflows, decision trees, and escalation logic into AI-enabled systems. Build and maintain knowledge repositories, prompts, retrieval and orchestration systems; partner with attorneys, product, and engineering to implement, test, monitor, and govern AI-assisted legal workflows while defining QA and human-review standards.

Design and deliver sales training and coaching for attorneys to improve client conversion and ramp new offices. Create standardized onboarding, run role-plays and one-on-one coaching, use Salesforce data to identify needs, and align training with revenue goals to drive firm growth.

Own and scale paid search, LSA, display, video, and CTV campaigns to drive qualified leads and SQLs. Optimize toward downstream lead quality using HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and CallRail. Launch new markets, run experiments, forecast budgets, refine bidding, and partner on landing-page and funnel tests. Report performance and improve cost per qualified lead and retained client contribution.

Design and implement AI-native workflow orchestration and automation systems for legal services. Build integrations between AI models, CRMs, document systems, client portals, and internal tools. Develop agent workflows, vector retrieval and observability pipelines, monitor reliability and performance, troubleshoot integrations, and support governance, compliance, and scalable client experiences.
