Leads the design development, technical documentation, and delivery of complex construction projects as an owner’s representative. Oversees project teams, consultants, design coordination, quality management, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, field activities, commissioning, and closeout. Maintains client and stakeholder relationships, leads project meetings and field walks, mentors staff, manages performance, and ensures contract compliance. Travel to project sites and offices may reach 25%.

Leads design management and owner representation for complex construction projects from project definition through construction. Oversees architects, contractors, stakeholders, design phases, cost, schedule, quality, procurement, workshops, implementation planning, and field reviews. Manages project staff, supports proposals and business development, maintains client alignment, and mentors team members. Requires periodic travel to project sites and offices.
