Leads the design, documentation, coordination, and delivery of complex construction projects as the owner’s representative. Oversees project teams, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality, construction activities, RFIs, submittals, change orders, commissioning, and closeout. Serves as the primary client and field representative, leads project meetings, manages stakeholders, mentors staff, and supports design and construction success. Travel to project sites and offices may reach 25%.

Leads design management and owner’s representation for complex construction projects from project definition through construction. Oversees visioning, programming, procurement, design, stakeholder coordination, cost, schedule, quality, and implementation plans. Manages architect and contractor relationships, client communications, meetings, field reviews, proposals, and project staff. Mentors teams, supports business development, and maintains alignment with the owner’s goals. Travel to project sites, client offices, and company offices may reach 25%.
