Lead US institutional sales for a Web3 infrastructure platform, driving ARR growth, sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals with banks and fintechs, managing procurement/RFPs, collaborating with product and engineering for technical evaluations, and supporting post-sale onboarding and account expansion while representing the company at industry events.

Build and scale the go-to-market sales engine as the first sales hire. Own full-cycle outbound enterprise sales targeting insurers and MGAs, drive pipeline generation, close high-ACV deals ($150K+), and create repeatable processes, playbooks, and collaboration with product and operations to optimize solution-market fit.

Serve as a hands-on, client-facing technical lead to design integrations, guide onboarding, deploy secure scalable architectures, troubleshoot issues, support sales with demos and RFPs, maintain technical documentation, and translate customer feedback into product and API improvements.
