Design, implement, and maintain SaaS features using Python and React on AWS. Lead system design, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, AI-integrated development (LLMs and AI coding agents), prompt engineering, testing (Cypress), and on-call production support. Mentor teammates and ensure secure, scalable, well-documented software.

Serve as first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and portal to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Maintain case records, prioritize by SLA/severity, identify workarounds, and meet monthly customer satisfaction goals.

Perform pre-employment verifications by contacting employers, schools, boards and databases to confirm employment, education, licenses and references. Document findings, analyze documents, prepare accurate screening reports, meet production and quality targets, and conduct virtual I-9 Section 2 meetings.
