Teams at Mitratech

Serves as the embedded finance partner to a business division CEO and leadership team. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, SaaS metric consistency, risk identification, cost savings, and operational efficiency initiatives. Supports monthly and quarterly close, board and lender reporting, cross-functional finance operations, and M&A synergy tracking and integration.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, GL schedules, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The role also supports M&A integration, technical accounting, policy maintenance, process improvement, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting across a multi-entity structure.

Lead end-to-end AI product work across Mitratech's shared AI platform and customer experiences. Set strategy and roadmap, convert ambiguous problems into shipped, enterprise-grade features, partner with engineering and design, prioritize based on customer feedback, and represent products to senior stakeholders and customers.
