Manage day-to-day lab operations, scheduling, equipment and shop maintenance, supervise operations support staff, ensure safety training, maintain customer relationships, oversee P&L and expense approvals, and serve as backup to the General Manager.

Drives profitable revenue growth and customer retention through strategic account planning, consultative selling, opportunity management, and contract oversight. Manages enterprise-wide relationships across procurement, engineering, quality, operations, and leadership; expands service penetration; tracks revenue, margin, pipeline, and retention KPIs; leads negotiations and escalations; and coordinates commercial commitments with operational capabilities. Requires industry-specific or NDT experience, significant travel, customer-site mobility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
