Train to become a qualified ETCH Processor by learning pre-cleaning, etching, passivation, masking, racking, solution analysis, waste treatment, part handling, process checks, safety procedures, and quality documentation. Work under experienced processor supervision and do not independently process materials or report results until qualified. Successful candidates must complete required training, Hazwoper and emergency response certification, and pass Mistras qualification examinations. The role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Assists Level II and III technicians with nondestructive testing setup, part preparation, washing, documentation, inventory monitoring, packaging, maintenance, and quality-system compliance. Works under direct supervision while learning NDT processes, safety procedures, controlled documents, and customer requirements. The role requires basic computer skills, precise instruction-following, schedule flexibility, physical lifting, and passing vision and color testing.

Manage day-to-day lab operations, scheduling, equipment and shop maintenance, supervise operations support staff, ensure safety training, maintain customer relationships, oversee P&L and expense approvals, and serve as backup to the General Manager.

Perform phased array ultrasonic testing inspections as a Level II technician in Richmond, VA, or Monroe, NC. PAUT certification and experience are required, while additional NDT certifications such as UT, MT, PT, RT, and VT are preferred. The role is full-time, offers $60+ per hour depending on experience and certifications, and may involve travel. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available.

Perform Level II radiographic (RT) inspections: set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment; interpret images; produce inspection reports; maintain radiation safety and equipment calibration; mentor Level I technicians and assist with other NDT methods as qualified.

Perform nondestructive testing (UT, MT, PT, VT, RT, ET) per customer specs and codes: set up and calibrate equipment, inspect and interpret results, document findings, maintain equipment, ensure safety compliance, and mentor Level I technicians.

Perform internal and external inspections of pressure vessels, piping, and above-ground storage tanks in refinery and plant environments. Inspect completed work, recommend and approve repairs, maintain compliance with API standards, prepare detailed reports, schedule inspection activities, and follow safety procedures. The role requires working outdoors around machinery, climbing, accessing elevated platforms, entering confined spaces, wearing safety equipment, and periodic out-of-town travel.

Perform Level II NDT (MT/PT/UT/VT): set up and calibrate equipment, execute and document tests, interpret results, supervise trainees, follow codes/standards. Willingness to be cross-trained in NFPA hose/aerial/pump/ladder testing and high-angle rescue, support equipment sales, and maintain safety and quality practices across multiple locations.
