Build and run always-on testing programs, manage digital creative spend and agencies, and partner with content, product, analytics, and compliance to optimize paid-to-owned conversion paths and improve prospect acquisition volume and quality.

Lead marketing operations for direct marketing campaigns in a regulated environment. Own process design, governance, digital asset management, QA/audit controls, vendor and team management, operational reporting, and identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times and compliance while scaling from direct mail into digital channels.
