Leads enterprise strategic sourcing for power equipment and electronics exceeding $100 million in spend. Develops category strategies, negotiates supplier agreements, drives cost reduction and value engineering, manages capacity and supply continuity, qualifies alternate sources, and oversees supplier performance. Partners with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Planning, and executive stakeholders across multiple sites and business units. Requires extensive strategic sourcing experience in engineered manufacturing environments, advanced financial analysis, negotiation, supplier management, and executive communication skills.

Supports project planning, execution, and closeout by coordinating documentation, schedules, budgets, resources, meetings, billing, financial reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications. Maintains job-cost systems, workflows, invoices, and project records while supporting contract compliance, revenue recognition, monthly closeout, and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

Paid, full-time 9-week summer internship involving ownership of a defined project, mentorship, exposure to manufacturing and field environments, collaboration on customer programs, and presentation of results to leadership. Interns may work across engineering, design and drafting, quality and testing, supply chain, finance, or HR. Candidates must be enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s program, available during summer 2027, willing to travel, and authorized to work in the United States.
