Manages a Los Angeles South territory promoting Mirum’s liver portfolio for rare cholestatic liver diseases. Develops account and territory strategies, engages hepatology and gastroenterology healthcare professionals, builds referral networks, communicates complex clinical information, navigates access and reimbursement barriers, and supports patient treatment journeys. Partners cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams while ensuring compliant promotion, accurate reporting, and sustained business performance.

Leads strategic engagement with genetics, endocrinology, and metabolics key opinion leaders across the Western United States. Develops KOL plans, gathers and analyzes market insights, supports brand strategy and advisory boards, coordinates thought-leader initiatives with sales and medical teams, and ensures compliant stakeholder engagement. The role also contributes to congress strategy, KPIs, vendor coordination, and cross-functional marketing execution, with approximately 65% domestic travel.

Lead and develop a team of seven Regional Account Managers to execute regional strategy, drive commercial performance, and improve patient outcomes in rare liver disease. Responsibilities include coaching in the field, resource and budget stewardship, cross-functional alignment, account strategy, and ensuring clinical and business rigor across pediatric and adult hepatology and gastroenterology settings. Requires frequent travel and strong collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and Marketing.
