Miro is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, New Business to lead our Enterprise AEs to success. We have a large pool of self serve users and the team’s role is to move them to the our Enterprise Plans. The right candidate will be looking to grow the team and their career as we look to scale our success to date. Build and manage a team of Operations Specialists & Analysts to implement and support the tools and processes needed to drive an efficient business. Oversee departmental tools and systems - Salesforce.com, TBD Customer Success/Acct Mgmt platform, and Rep enablement tools. Ensure effective systems work across the organization - Looker, Hubspot, Stripe and more. Create and deploy Onboarding & Enablement programs to ensure new hires are successfully onboarded quickly and their skills are kept sharp.
