Miro is evolving into a multi-product platform, and we’re looking for a strategic and cross-functional Senior Manager of GTM Operations to support and scale our go-to-market motion across the entire customer journey—from acquisition to expansion and retention.
This role will be a critical operator in ensuring new products are successfully launched and integrated into Miro’s broader GTM ecosystem. You’ll lead the operational strategy behind new product introductions and develop scalable product-specific operations that support teams across GTM once products reach steady state.
Your success will be measured by how effectively you help Miro deliver a seamless customer experience across our growing product portfolio—and how well you help internal teams navigate the complexities of a multi-product business.
What you’ll doNew Product Introduction (NPI)
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, GTM Strategy, and Analytics to ensure operational readiness for all new product launches
- Define and implement GTM requirements, including funnel instrumentation, processes and workflows, target setting, and systems readiness
- Develop success metrics and dashboards to track early performance and engagement across customer segments
- Architect and maintain GTM processes that support a growing set of products across the entire customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with GTM Strategy and GTM Ops to design integrated workflows for multi-product reporting and analytics
- Enable frontline teams with product-specific processes, playbooks, and data to drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion
- Own the ongoing GTM operational model for products post-launch, including data pipelines, reporting, performance reviews, and process optimization
- Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and product teams to drive improvements in adoption, retention, and expansion
- Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to refine forecasting and pipeline management by product line
- Continuously monitor the health of multi-product motions, identifying gaps or friction points and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and experience.
- 6–8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related functions in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of full-funnel operations—from demand generation through customer success—in a multi-product context
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches and post-launch lifecycle management
- Strong technical acumen with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
- Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous process improvement.

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $168,800 - $221,550. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
