Teams at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial, clinical, research, and operational contracts for a pre-commercial biotech. Advise business leaders, resolve disputes, improve contracting processes and templates, coordinate outside counsel, and support legal and compliance initiatives.

Provide strategic commercial legal counsel to Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams for pre-launch and launch activities. Review promotional and medical materials, advise on HCP/patient/payor interactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage external counsel, and support commercialization readiness and business development in a pre-commercial biotech environment.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing while coordinating and executing marketing initiatives for an upcoming product launch. Manage meeting logistics, travel, budgets, vendor and agency coordination, marketing systems (e.g., SharePoint), and onboarding. Serve as an operational lead to establish scalable processes and support cross-functional collaboration.
