Provides front desk and administrative support in an outpatient mental health clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing calls and messages, collecting payments, verifying insurance and demographic information, supporting clinicians, maintaining records in EHR and practice management systems, and protecting patient confidentiality. The role requires compassionate customer service, de-escalation skills, accurate data entry, and effective coordination with clinical teams.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care through medication management and therapy. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions in adult and/or child and adolescent patients using in-person and telemedicine appointments. Maintain clinical documentation in EHR and technology platforms, collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practitioners, and therapists, and hold an unrestricted state license, PMHNP-BC certification, and active DEA registration.
