Manage day-to-day web production across Drupal sites, including page creation, editing, publishing, scheduling, request management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, apply accessibility, SEO, usability, and information architecture best practices, and support larger web projects. Write and edit web copy, manage digital assets, improve workflows, and ensure accurate, polished user experiences.

Supports finance and business programming for global events by maintaining Salesforce and program databases, updating schedules and panel information, coordinating speakers, tracking milestones, documenting meetings, facilitating virtual logistics, and supporting event operations. The role collaborates across programming, speaker relations, events, and business development teams while ensuring accurate records, clear communication, and timely execution of program deliverables.

Supports Business and Program Development through accurate Salesforce data entry, account maintenance, quality control, report updates, document drafting, and departmental system operations. The role maintains process documentation, responds to ad hoc data requests, and collaborates with Business Development, Events, Finance, and IT teams to meet deadlines. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to use AI tools to improve data and document workflows.
