Lead a global team of learning consultants to define and execute L&D strategy across Microsoft Advertising. Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design scalable AI-first learning solutions, manage LMS and certification programs, measure outcomes via data analytics, and develop talent through coaching and people management.

Conduct research and develop novel fault-tolerance strategies and quantum error-correction codes, collaborate with theorists and experimentalists to design scalable, resilient quantum systems, drive experimentation and implementation of logical and physical qubit architectures, and apply AI to accelerate engineering and prototype development.

Leads strategic user experience research and customer co-creation workshops focused on large-scale digital and AI-powered experiences. The role designs qualitative and quantitative studies, facilitates interviews and surveys, develops foundational research strategies, manages executive stakeholders, and communicates insights through persuasive storytelling. It partners across Microsoft to define customer moments of truth, shape product direction and experience design, and deliver customer-centric solutions for enterprise clients.
