Research intern supporting next-generation memory and system architecture development for AI and datacenter workloads. Responsibilities include characterizing AI training and inference workloads, building analytical and simulation performance models, evaluating memory and integration technologies, validating models against reference data, and producing performance, efficiency, and cost analyses. The intern will document findings, contribute to technical reports and invention disclosures, and help quantify architectural tradeoffs for future memory products.

Build and productize an internal agentic AI platform for research and simulation. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating multi-agent workflows, designing prompts and tool calling, integrating structured and unstructured data, deploying AI workloads to cloud infrastructure, creating reusable software tools, and documenting evaluation criteria. The role emphasizes reliable, traceable LLM workflows, cloud services, security, governance, and production-grade AI platform engineering.

Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches, advise senior stakeholders, build market maps and talent pipelines, manage candidate engagement and offer negotiations, and improve executive search practices while handling multiple confidential searches.
