Leads global supplier quality initiatives for semiconductor manufacturing, including supplier audits, performance management, failure analysis, root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Partners with suppliers, factories, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve complex issues, reduce supply chain risk, and improve process and material quality. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring compliance with quality systems and industry standards.

Leads cross-functional aerospace and power systems programs from planning through design, development, and manufacturing. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, expenditures, forecasts, status reporting, technical progress, customer communications, proposals, and design reviews. Serves as the primary customer and stakeholder interface, resolves issues, and maintains program performance. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Performs precision relay assembly, adjustment, testing, magnetization, micro-cleaning, and fabrication in a clean room. Manipulates very small components under 10X–20X magnification, tunes electrical and mechanical parameters, follows detailed specifications, and maintains consistent quality during repetitive work. Requires strong manual dexterity, visual focus, hand-eye coordination, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
