Perform precision assembly, adjustment, testing, and micro-cleaning of small relay components in a 100K cleanroom using stereo microscopes and precision tools. Operate relay adjust-test stations, magnetize and fine-tune magnets, perform vacuum baking and preliminary electrical tests, follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality and PPE, and support consistent, repetitive high-detail production.

Manage the proposal life cycle and contracts ensuring compliance, coordinate with teams, and develop pricing for products while handling subcontractor relationships.
