Lead and improve the site's calibration and metrology program to ensure measurement traceability and equipment accuracy. Manage calibration scheduling, investigate out-of-tolerance equipment, support equipment validation, conduct audits, drive corrective actions, analyze metrics, evaluate external providers, and provide technical training and cross-functional leadership to improve process capability.

Assemble and adjust small, space-grade relays under 10X-20X magnification. Operate adjustment and test stations, magnetize and fine-tune relay performance, perform micro-clean and vacuum bake processes, follow cleanroom procedures and detailed work instructions, and maintain quality and consistency in repetitive precision tasks.
