Leads global supplier quality initiatives for semiconductor manufacturing, including supplier audits, performance management, failure analysis, root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Partners with suppliers, factories, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve complex issues, reduce supply chain risk, and improve process and material quality. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring compliance with quality systems and industry standards.

Leads cross-functional aerospace and power systems programs from planning through design, development, and manufacturing. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, expenditures, forecasts, status reporting, technical progress, customer communications, proposals, and design reviews. Serves as the primary customer and stakeholder interface, resolves issues, and maintains program performance. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Performs precision relay assembly, adjustment, testing, magnetization, micro-cleaning, and fabrication in a clean room. Manipulates very small components under 10X–20X magnification, tunes electrical and mechanical parameters, follows detailed specifications, and maintains consistent quality during repetitive work. Requires strong manual dexterity, visual focus, hand-eye coordination, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Customer-facing technical product role driving adoption of PIC64 64-bit multicore MPUs/SoCs for Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. Responsibilities include engaging strategic accounts, shaping product strategy and roadmaps, building ecosystem partnerships, enabling sales with collateral and launches, and tracking competitive and market trends to inform portfolio decisions.

Lead and improve the site's calibration and metrology program to ensure measurement traceability and equipment accuracy. Manage calibration scheduling, investigate out-of-tolerance equipment, support equipment validation, conduct audits, drive corrective actions, analyze metrics, evaluate external providers, and provide technical training and cross-functional leadership to improve process capability.

Design and implement physical-layer algorithms and system models for low-power Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and Sub‑GHz products. Collaborate with RF/analog, digital, validation, and software teams to simulate, bring up, test, debug, and document communication systems and SoCs.

Assemble, adjust, and test small relay components under 10X-20X magnification. Operate relay adjust-test stations, magnetize and re-magnetize magnets, perform micro-clean and vacuum bake processes, and fabricate relay assemblies. Follow detailed work instructions and clean-room procedures while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety in a high-detail, repetitive manufacturing environment.
