Teams at Michaels Stores

Lead inventory management, merchandising, planogram and AD set execution, truck processing, shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty, coach and onboard team members, maintain visual standards and support omnichannel processes. Provide friendly customer service and assist with custom framing sales and production.

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards: collect and dispose trash, dust and damp mop, deep clean bathrooms/breakrooms/entryways, use cleaning chemicals and equipment, restock supplies, assist customers, complete supervisor-assigned tasks, and follow SOPs. May assist with checkout, cash handling, BOPIS, stocking, unloading trucks, and loss prevention. Requires physical activity including standing, lifting, bending, and ladder use.

Lead store replenishment, inventory and merchandising execution to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
