Provide traffic engineering and administrative support for transportation projects. Tasks include data collection, basic engineering calculations, design support (signing, striping, signals), preparing exhibits and reports using GIS/AutoCAD/MicroStation, field visits, and assisting senior engineers and project managers.

Design and implement cloud-native, AI-augmented full-stack geospatial applications. Build frontend interfaces, serverless backends, RESTful APIs and microservices; integrate AI/ML and enterprise GIS; ensure automated testing, security guardrails, CI/CD, and collaborative agile development.

Lead traffic engineering and project management for transportation projects including traffic operations, signal and ITS design, roadway lighting, signing/markings, and MOT. Perform analyses, develop designs, prepare PS&E, cost estimates, reports, and construction documents. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies to ensure quality and standards compliance throughout project delivery.
