Part-time GIS interns will support indoor mapping field-collection projects in Illinois, working with GIS and project managers on technical duties and daily activities. Responsibilities include field data collection, documentation, organization, and presentation. The role requires working approximately 20–40 hours weekly from Friday through Sunday, residing in Illinois, and holding a valid U.S. driver’s license. Travel within Illinois may be required, with expenses covered.

Leads water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction support. Responsibilities include project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, technical evaluations, design calculations, cost estimates, construction documents, reports, and client presentations. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, mentors staff, supports business development and proposal pursuits, develops client relationships, and coordinates with engineers, designers, GIS specialists, and cost estimators. Projects include master plans, pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, wells, lift stations, and treatment facilities.

Leads enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. Manages RFPs, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, IT contract lifecycles, renewals, supplier governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and category strategies. Delivers cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, HR, and business stakeholders. Also advances procurement efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and formal vendor performance management.
