Leads demand planning for Amazon and alternative retail channels, managing planners and developing accurate forecasts across promotions, seasonality, and new product launches. Uses Amazon Vendor Central, POS data, forecasting software, and analytics tools to improve accuracy and reduce excess inventory. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Amazon teams to align forecasts, inventory strategies, revenue assumptions, and S&OP processes.

Develop and execute global internal communications strategies that improve organizational alignment, employee engagement, and company culture. Create executive messages, announcements, newsletters, FAQs, scripts, and HR communications while managing intranet and other communication channels. Advise HR leadership on sensitive communications, organizational change, and employee programs. Partner cross-functionally on initiatives, events, and milestones, ensuring consistent brand-aligned messaging and measuring communication effectiveness.

Directs global supply planning across the Americas and EMEA, leading regional managers and overseeing supply performance, inventory health, production attainment, retail availability, tooling spend, seasonal cycles, and forecast delivery. The role partners cross-functionally with demand planning, production, procurement, finance, sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams; chairs supply planning and executive S&OP/S&OE reviews; manages escalations; and develops team talent and succession plans.
