Provide litigation support across multiple practice areas including discovery and depositions, conduct legal research and writing, manage multiple complex cases, cultivate client relationships, meet billable targets, and work independently or on teams. Must hold a JD and be licensed to practice in California.

Represent and defend employers in labor and employment matters, including employment litigation and class action/PAGA cases; advise on federal and state employment laws and regulations; develop and maintain client relationships; work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be admitted to practice and located in California.

Provide litigation support including calendaring, drafting correspondence and legal documents, preparing hearing/trial binders, client intake and engagement tasks, and managing filings (federal and state e-filing). Requires independence, organization, and ability to support multiple attorneys with full caseloads.
