Provide payer, coding, coverage, and health policy guidance; partner with HEOR for evidence planning; analyze reimbursement landscapes; educate internal and external stakeholders; identify and resolve access barriers to support product adoption.

Sell and demonstrate Merit oncology products to new and existing clinical accounts, maintain client relationships, prepare pricing/contracts/custom drawings, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, report sales activity, and travel extensively to meet sales goals and provide customer feedback for product improvements.

Lead development and execution of sales and relationship strategies with targeted IDNs and health systems. Negotiate shared value agreements, align IDN strategies with GPO contracts, expand market penetration, train regional sales teams, represent Merit at industry meetings, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
