Provides Level 1 technical assistance through a 24/7 Technical Assistance Center. Responsibilities include troubleshooting workstations, operating systems, applications, networks, VPNs, email, printing, virtual servers, Azure, and Microsoft 365; administering Active Directory accounts; handling password resets and reboots; documenting tickets; following SOPs; and delivering customer-focused support.
