Manage end-to-end client implementations of MeridianLink software, lead onboarding and integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, educate clients on advanced features, drive adoption, and translate feedback to product.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing accounts through strategic planning, client collaboration, and ensuring a positive customer experience, while meeting sales goals.

Serve as first-line client support: respond to inquiries, document interactions, resolve issues using established procedures, escalate when needed, coordinate across departments, mentor Level I associates, and assist with support process improvements.
