Develop and grow media and entertainment advertising partnerships for People Inc. by building client and agency relationships, generating new opportunities, managing a $2M+ book of business, forecasting revenue, responding to RFPs, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams on custom media programs. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles and requires approximately 10% travel.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend and ML infrastructure for search, retrieval, ranking, and recommendation. Own ML pipelines (Vertex AI Pipelines), vector generation/storage, model serving (KServe), REST/GraphQL APIs (FastAPI), observability, and data pipelines (Beam/Airflow). Collaborate with data science, product, and platform teams to deliver production ML features, debug production issues, and maintain documentation and engineering standards.

Creates original social-first videos for PEOPLE's social channels and app, managing the process from pitching and booking through filming, editing, and delivery. Produces breaking-news, interview, red-carpet, and event content; conducts talent interviews; collaborates with editorial, design, and video teams; monitors audience performance and newsworthiness; and works independently during evening and breaking-news coverage.
