Develop and grow media and entertainment advertising partnerships for People Inc. by building client and agency relationships, generating new opportunities, managing a $2M+ book of business, forecasting revenue, responding to RFPs, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams on custom media programs. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles and requires approximately 10% travel.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend and ML infrastructure for search, retrieval, ranking, and recommendation. Own ML pipelines (Vertex AI Pipelines), vector generation/storage, model serving (KServe), REST/GraphQL APIs (FastAPI), observability, and data pipelines (Beam/Airflow). Collaborate with data science, product, and platform teams to deliver production ML features, debug production issues, and maintain documentation and engineering standards.

Lead and grow a data science team focused on customer intelligence, personalization, product analytics, marketing optimization, and customer lifetime value. Develop predictive and segmentation models, analyze web and mobile engagement, design experimentation programs, and apply causal inference, survival analysis, forecasting, Bayesian methods, NLP, and machine learning. Partner with Product, Marketing, Editorial, Data Operations, and Engineering to translate customer behavior into scalable products, actionable recommendations, and measurable business impact.
