Provides supportive and logistical services in an emergency shelter, including setup, cleanliness, safety monitoring, supply organization, vendor order verification, recordkeeping, guest support, neighborhood patrols, and crisis intervention. Uses trauma-informed, housing-focused practices while assisting guests experiencing urgent case management and health needs. Requires effective communication, dependability, organization, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and Spanish fluency is valued.

Provides supportive and logistical services for an emergency shelter, including facility setup and maintenance, safety monitoring, crowd control, crisis intervention, guest engagement, recordkeeping, vendor order verification, perimeter checks, firewatch, and shuttle support. The role requires trauma-informed communication, coordination with security personnel, administrative proficiency, flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work with diverse populations experiencing homelessness.

Oversee daily emergency shelter operations, including staff, security, client activities, services, volunteers, supplies, and facility needs. Support staff during shifts, coordinate events, provide crisis and conflict intervention, maintain records, report issues, and assist with administrative and general facility duties. The role requires a trauma-informed, client-focused approach, effective communication, tolerance for individuals with urgent needs, and the ability to work safely with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment.
