Lead Employee Relations and serve as HR Business Partner for Legal and Signal Technologies. Conduct complex investigations, develop and implement compliant policies and HR processes, coach managers, support compensation, talent and performance programs, and present HR solutions to drive employee engagement and business results.

Develop and maintain schedules, track risks and resources, support integration, test, qualification and manufacturing transitions, and communicate status to stakeholders. Support proposal planning, technical reviews, and resolution of cross-discipline blockers to ensure on-time delivery of defense/aerospace systems.

Design and develop board-level digital circuits and embedded hardware from concept through production for aerospace and defense platforms. Implement high-speed interfaces, collaborate on PCB layout and DFM/DFT, troubleshoot digital/analog/power circuits, and support manufacturing and verification activities.

Lead business development for Mercury in High Growth Markets, driving pipeline, executive engagement, capture strategy, and cross-functional teams to win space and defense programs. Influence requirements, define price-to-win, manage KPIs, deliver quarterly leadership updates, and travel frequently to engage customers and industry partners.

Lead HR strategy and a team of HR business partners for Operations and Mission Assurance. Drive talent, succession, org design, performance and compensation, change management, and partner with COEs to deliver HR solutions across US and European locations. Coach senior leaders and support operations/production environments.

Dual-role FSO/ISSM responsible for NISP compliance and DoD RMF accreditation. Manage eMASS SSPs, conduct risk/vulnerability assessments, maintain DISS/NISS records, oversee physical security (CCTV, access control), administer security training, and liaise with government security agencies.

Lead detailed design and support of complex RF/microwave products across lifecycle. Provide technical proposal input, product support, troubleshooting, test/simulation, RCA, production transfer, and mentor engineers while acting as technical lead.

Support parts, materials, and processes (PMP) activities for defense/aerospace products. Analyze BOMs, assess GIDEP alerts, research obsolescence and alternate sources, review ECRs/ECNs, create technical drawings, and collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing and suppliers to ensure reliability and production readiness.

Lead component/parts engineering for military and space products: perform component reviews, qualification testing, obsolescence/PCN assessments, supplier management, NSPAR submissions, MRB support, audits, RCCA/CAR activities, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining PMP documentation and compliance.

Design, analyze, and test rugged subsystems and complex PCB assemblies for aerospace/defense. Lead product lifecycle from concept to production, create 3D models and drawings, perform thermal and structural analysis, support environmental testing to MIL‑STD‑810, develop BOMs, manage ECO/ECRs, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement.

Support development of edge processing solutions for space, RF, mixed-signal, and electronic warfare products. Perform requirements development, interface definition, integration, verification and validation across program lifecycle as part of IPTs. Collaborate with program management and operations, and obtain DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 20%.

Lead Mercury's global tradeshow and events portfolio end-to-end: set strategy, objectives and KPIs; manage budgets, vendors and logistics; run ~20 flagship events annually; collaborate with Marketing, Growth and leadership; establish ROI scorecards and continuous improvement; support EMEA operations and industry partnerships.

Lead and conduct functional, environmental, stress, and security testing of avionics and data processing hardware. Develop test equipment and procedures (ATP/QTP/FTP), troubleshoot PCBA and system failures, produce test reports and contractual deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure qualification, verification, and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.

Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware for hardware systems. Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers, implement low-level drivers, perform validation and testing, and produce technical documentation to support deployment and sustainment.

Lead firmware development for embedded and enterprise systems, define architecture and test plans, manage team tasks and status, support design bring-up and system validation, present status to leadership/customers, and collaborate with test, systems, and support teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues. Requires security clearance eligibility.

Perform systems engineering for RF, mixed-signal, embedded and electronic warfare products across full program lifecycle: requirements, architecture, interface definition, verification/validation, technical baseline management, and production transition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and travel up to 20%.
