Perform portfolio and tax analysis, co-present planning recommendations, mentor junior planners, and improve processes to enhance client experience and retention. Collaborate across teams and provide both supervised and unsupervised financial planning advice.

Lead tax advisor for ultra-high-net-worth families, developing multi-year tax strategies, overseeing compliance and controversy matters, managing and mentoring a UHNW-focused tax team, coordinating with estate, investment, and outside advisors, and supporting new client development for complex family office engagements.

The Tax Associate prepares tax returns and projections for clients, coordinates with tax staff, responds to tax inquiries, and stays updated on tax law.
