Lead Merative's Revenue Enablement function to design and execute scalable enablement strategy, onboarding, coaching, content governance, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, measure proficiency and revenue impact, and build a high-performing enablement team across multiple business units.

Implement and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric by defining access controls, approval workflows, ServiceNow catalogues, and security compliance. Translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services, troubleshoot agent and licensing issues, coordinate with security and Microsoft support, and maintain governance documentation, tracking, and production-readiness activities.

Lead enterprise architecture for cloud migration to Azure, modernize data platforms (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake), integrate AI/ML, drive cloud-native patterns and DevOps, enforce governance and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and provide architectural leadership within Agile/SAFe teams.
