Provide behavior-analytic clinical services under a psychologist's direction: conduct FBAs, develop behavior support plans, collect and analyze behavior data, produce reports using Power BI, deliver community-based services with a small caseload, train/support staff (and robots) during onboarding, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reduce incidents and prevent re-hospitalization.
