Provide ongoing managed-services support for clients' AWS and Azure environments: handle monitoring escalations, troubleshoot incidents, perform database administration tasks, configure cloud tools, manage cost/security/compliance, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotations and regular client reviews. Requires client communication and process improvement focus.

Support cloud migration and modernization projects by assisting planning, scheduling, documentation, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting. Translate requirements into tasks, monitor progress, escalate blockers, and apply basic cloud delivery concepts under senior guidance.

Design, build, and scale resilient data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS. Own the data ecosystem using Databricks or Snowflake, write production-quality Python and SQL code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare data for analysis and product use in a fast-moving startup environment.
