Own the company’s legal and regulatory strategy across controlled-substance prescribing, telehealth practice, corporate structure, privacy, marketing, AI, litigation, workforce matters, payer contracts, and governance. Advise executives and the board, manage government inquiries and outside counsel, negotiate healthcare and commercial agreements, and build the legal function. The role requires deep healthcare and digital-health experience, including MSO and professional-corporation structures, HIPAA, healthcare fraud and abuse, consumer protection, employment law, and multi-state regulatory matters.

Coordinate payer contracting, credentialing, and enrollment applications from submission through approval. Maintain enrollment and provider-readiness data, follow up with payers, resolve deficiencies, track operational metrics, and report on turnaround times and approval rates. Identify inefficient manual processes and build AI-powered workflows, automations, templates, dashboards, and documentation. Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Product, Compliance, and other teams while helping establish scalable processes in a growing telehealth organization.

Lead MEDvidi’s product and engineering organization across product management, engineering, design, data, and product marketing. Define and execute an AI-first product strategy, oversee multiple product tracks, drive company-level OKRs, improve execution and culture, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives. The role requires hands-on AI product expertise, executive communication, behavioral design, data-driven decision-making, and leadership of large cross-functional teams.
