Responsible for growing an assigned territory by acquiring new hospital and physician clients, presenting diagnostic testing services, managing client relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting sales and profit goals, and reporting territory activity. The role requires frequent driving within the coverage area, occasional nationwide travel, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Maintains and grows revenue from existing laboratory clients through upselling, client education, relationship management, and issue resolution. Coordinates solutions between customers and the laboratory, monitors client satisfaction, supports retention strategies, researches competitors, and reports customer concerns. The role requires frequent travel within an assigned territory and occasional nationwide travel.
