Owns identity, access, device, SaaS, automation, and IT systems for a remote organization. Responsibilities include Okta administration, macOS and Windows MDM, employee lifecycle workflows, ticketing, Zoom and Zoom Phone, AI governance, SaaS discovery, 1Password, security controls, documentation, dashboards, and SOC 2 evidence. The role combines hands-on IT support with systems architecture, integrations, automation, and security-minded operational ownership.

Own the full sales cycle for outpatient healthcare facility accounts, including prospecting, discovery, platform demonstrations, pipeline generation, territory planning, negotiation, and closing. Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers, meet activity and quota targets, expand customer relationships, partner with Customer Success on onboarding, share market insights, and mentor newer account executives.

Leads Strategic and Growth Customer Success teams serving post-acute and outpatient facilities. Responsibilities include improving retention, reducing churn, driving expansion, developing account strategies and playbooks, coaching CSMs, forecasting capacity, analyzing customer health and market data, managing escalations, and representing customer insights to Product and executive leadership. The role is fully remote with occasional local and overnight travel.
