Manage full contract lifecycle for complex commercial agreements (SaaS, customer, vendor, BAAs, NDAs, SOWs). Draft, review, negotiate, obtain approvals, and close deals while balancing commercial objectives with legal and operational risk. Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal; maintain CLM and CRM records; lead process improvements and mentor junior contracts staff. Leverage CLM and AI tools to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.

Manage a portfolio of education program accounts as primary relationship owner to drive retention, renewals, adoption, and growth. Develop strategic account plans, coordinate onboarding and training, monitor utilization and account health, resolve cross-functional issues, and represent MCG at events. Mentor junior account staff and use AI-enabled tools and CRM systems to improve engagement and outcomes.

Lead vision, strategy, and commercialization for AI-powered provider utilization management products. Define roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, conduct market research, size opportunity, build business cases, drive GTM and pricing, partner with clients and accounts, track product performance, and enable adoption and upsell through close work with marketing, sales, and customer success.
