Prospects for new sales opportunities through calls, email, and other channels; researches prospects, qualifies leads, schedules discovery meetings for Account Executives, tracks activity in HubSpot, partners on outreach strategies, meets KPIs, and follows up on inbound marketing leads.

Lead SaaS implementations for government customers from discovery through go-live. Configure workflows, permissions, templates, voting processes, portals, and meeting settings; coordinate data migration, testing, launch readiness, and post-implementation support. Train technical and non-technical users, create documentation, troubleshoot application and video issues, and collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Support, and Customer Success. Occasional after-hours support and travel below 30% may be required.

Owns Site Reliability Engineering for a customer-facing SaaS platform across Azure and Azure Government. Responsibilities include monitoring and observability, incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and operational security. The engineer will define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, lead post-incident reviews, reduce operational toil, and collaborate with development teams on scalable, reliable platform operations.

Build, test, support, and enhance scalable web applications using Node.js, React, MongoDB, and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture and technical documentation, and lead medium-complexity initiatives. Participate in code reviews, Agile development, on-call support, technical debt reduction, and monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and software quality standards.
