Leads Maze’s global People function as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Oversees talent strategy, organizational design, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, culture, and scalable People operations across a distributed workforce. Develops the People team, advises leaders, supports organizational change, and strengthens engagement and retention. The role also drives an AI-enabled, data-informed approach to People programs and operations.

Own demand generation programs across paid media, lifecycle email, events, and webinars. Manage agency performance, campaign budgets, testing, HubSpot nurture programs, event logistics, lead routing, and funnel reporting. Partner with RevOps, SDRs, and marketing leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, and campaign results.

Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts, generate outbound pipeline, manage complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles, and identify expansion opportunities. Develop account and territory plans, build executive relationships, coordinate with internal teams on contracts, forecast revenue, and share sales and product insights. The role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, full-cycle selling, enterprise prospecting, and strategic account management in a remote environment.
