Program, test, pack, and ship point-of-sale hardware per specifications. Review orders, verify client information, coordinate shipping, handle escalations with partners and support teams, and perform light lifting. Communicate updates and maintain accuracy in deployed equipment and documentation.

Own and mature the ITSM practice and Helpdesk, lead platform selection and migration, manage ITIL-aligned incident/request/problem/change/knowledge/asset processes, define SLAs and KPIs, integrate ITSM with identity/monitoring/CMDB/AI assistants, support PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliance, and lead a small support team toward continuous improvement.

Serve as frontline partner support for agent partners: process applications and updates, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, maintain CRM records, coordinate cross-functional resolution, communicate status to partners, and support continuous improvement initiatives to protect partner experience and drive revenue.
