Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits and leave administration (FMLA/CFRA/PFL/ADA), HRIS management (Paylocity), compliance with federal and California employment laws, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, employee engagement, workers' compensation and safety coordination, policy and handbook maintenance, training coordination, and special HR projects.

Provides technical support for payment processing systems, POS terminals, pin pads, gateways, and merchant accounts. The role triages and escalates tickets, troubleshoots connectivity and processing issues, configures payment equipment, assists sales partners, handles complex client escalations, delivers gateway demonstrations, and coaches and trains support representatives while supporting process improvements and compliance.

Facilitates deployment of payment terminals and point-of-sale equipment by reviewing orders, programming and testing devices, packaging shipments, managing returns, maintaining inventory records, and resolving technical issues. Coordinates with ISO partners and technical support on escalations, communicates deployment updates, supports specialized projects, and may train or mentor team members.
