Support product operations including acting as SME for products, onboarding partners, tracking KPIs, testing updates, recommending process improvements, delivering product training, creating documentation, and supporting partner/customer technology and retention efforts.

Manage daily settlement and bank reconciliations for sponsor banks, research and resolve rejected or exception transactions, submit settlement packages and inquiries to processors, coordinate with Risk and Support teams, process monetary adjustments and debit/credit requests, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with audits and reporting.
