Execute sales growth across Southern California by expanding existing accounts, developing new prospects, maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, resolving customer issues, sourcing packaging materials, and coordinating efficient order fulfillment. The role requires close collaboration with sales leadership, customers, plant teams, and warehouse personnel, with 15–20% travel and occasional overnight business trips.

Execute territory sales plan across Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico to grow revenue. Maintain and expand customer base, build relationships, manage prospect pipeline, prepare quotes/proposals, troubleshoot quality/service issues, recommend shipping/raw material solutions, and represent company initiatives and brand.
