As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with defense and intelligence agencies to deploy customized Mattermost solutions in secure environments, addressing complex operational challenges and integrating AI capabilities.

Manage federal account renewals and expansions, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, and engage with Federal procurement and partner ecosystems to drive retention and growth.

The Senior Account Executive for the Navy Sector will develop strategic territory plans, manage sales cycles, and build relationships with Navy stakeholders to drive new business and revenue growth for Mattermost's software solutions.
