Creates proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, branding materials, infographics, and digital and print assets. Translates complex engineering and technical information into clear visual designs while maintaining brand standards. Collaborates with marketing, engineering, construction, automation, proposal, and project teams, manages multiple deadlines, and supports templates, asset libraries, and internal communications.

Supports project managers with work breakdown structures, task coding, budgeting, project and proposal schedules, earned value tracking, project plans, and reporting. Assists with training, process improvement, and departmental project-control activities. The role may require local travel or travel to alternate industrial work sites and involves occasional field exposure.
