Own the design, roadmap, security, observability, and production operations of Tinder’s internal AI agent platform. Build gateways, MCP connectors, identity and delegation systems, fine-grained authorization, guardrails, audit trails, evaluation workflows, cost attribution, and reliable runtime infrastructure. Partner with Security and internal engineering teams, lead incident response and on-call operations, establish connector standards, and mentor engineers building on the platform.

Designs, implements, and supports cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, databases, observability, and large-scale microservices. Troubleshoots Linux and infrastructure issues, improves reliability and scalability, establishes development lifecycle standards, and manages AWS or GCP environments using Terraform. Collaborates with security, IT, finance, product, and engineering teams on delivery, compliance, cost optimization, and infrastructure roadmaps. Provides technical guidance, interviews candidates, and shares platform engineering knowledge.

Leads the Emerging & Established Marketing Analytics insights function, building and coaching an analyst team while owning full-funnel performance narratives across brands and markets. Translates experimentation and measurement outputs into recommendations, delivers executive-level insights, manages senior stakeholders, establishes scalable analytical frameworks, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Science, BI, and Operations.
