Leads regional healthcare sales for Masimo monitoring technologies, driving competitive conversions, revenue, forecasting, and strategic account development. Manages and coaches Account Managers and Associates, develops sales plans, presents to hospital executives, coordinates clinical evaluations, builds clinical champions, and maintains key customer relationships. Oversees hiring, performance management, budgets, training, and regional strategy while traveling frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.

Leads technical workstreams for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and transformation programs. Manages integrations, data migration, testing, environments, security, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Coordinates IT teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, Oracle resources, and vendors while managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.

Performs general accounting for multiple entities, including month-end close, journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, expense analysis, intercompany bookings, audit and SOX support, and VAT reporting assistance. Provides backup support for AP/AR and other general ledger activities. Maintains accounting records and filing systems while collaborating with senior accountants and the Controller.
