The Principal Engineer leads the development of ECG signal processing algorithms for accurate cardiac monitoring and collaborates with cross-functional teams for regulatory-compliant solutions.

Design and document complex multilayer PCB/PWB layouts for new product development and sustaining engineering. Optimize for electrical performance, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and quality. Support prototypes, verification, production transfers, DFM/DFA/DFT and IPC standards. Partner cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement, CAD standards, and supplier collaboration.

Lead international and domestic regulatory registrations and submissions for medical devices. Draft 510(k)s, maintain technical documentation, manage filings and regulatory databases, coordinate with regional teams, train staff on requirements, support QA/Engineering, and respond to health authority inquiries to ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations.
