Integrate disparate sources, enable analytics/BI reporting, define data governance and modeling standards, translate stakeholder needs into data solutions, and support advanced analytics and predictive insights across Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

Lead and scale commercial enablement, sales effectiveness, and commercial technology across the organization. Own onboarding, training, sales productivity programs, territory and incentive design, and enterprise commercial transformation projects. Manage vendor selection, CRM/BI/CPQ integration, governance, and a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and operational scalability.

Lead Masimo's global commercial education strategy, building product and clinical training curricula, onboarding, and sales methodology programs. Manage a team, budget, KPIs, and learning technology (LMS/LXP/sales readiness). Partner with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and product teams to ensure compliance and drive measurable improvements in time-to-productivity, win rates, and revenue growth.
