Teams at Marvin Behavioral Health

Build and lead Marvin’s People function from the ground up. Responsibilities include onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation and leveling, recruiting, employee policies and compliance, engagement metrics, internal communications, and culture programs. The role requires establishing scalable systems, supporting technical and non-technical hiring, ensuring multi-state compliance, managing HRIS and payroll processes, and using data and AI to improve employee retention and organizational effectiveness.

Own end-to-end features across a TypeScript, Next.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and AWS stack. Build and operate LLM-powered healthcare experiences, including retrieval, structured extraction, tool use, evaluations, tracing, and observability. Advance AI-assisted development practices while maintaining code quality, testing, reliability, and security for sensitive health data. Collaborate with design, clinical, and partner-facing teams, review code, and mentor engineers.

Build and own relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokers to position Marvin in RFPs and renewals, drive consultant education and enablement, support finalist processes, gather market intelligence, create enablement materials and tracking, represent Marvin at events, and convert consultant advocacy into qualified pipeline for the sales team. Role requires travel and in-office presence multiple days weekly.
