Support and maintain analog/mixed-signal (AMS) simulation environments for FinFET and BiCMOS high-speed designs. Collaborate with analog designers, EDA vendors, TCAD and foundry teams to debug device/circuit modeling issues, evaluate AMS tools, define custom circuit checks and model QA flows, and create automation scripts to improve verification efficiency.

Lead board-level product engineering from prototype to volume production for high-performance networking, AI, compute, optical, and storage products. Drive NPI, manufacturing and test readiness, DFM/DFA/DFT improvements, supplier qualification, yield and failure analysis, factory KPI monitoring, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure successful product launches and production ramps.

Lead NPI test development for Packaged Integrated Voltage Regulators (PIVR/IVR). Develop electrical test plans, ATE hardware (load boards, sockets) and firmware, and drive pre- and post-silicon validation and production test programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HVM ramp.
